Brittany

Practice Integrator

Brittany has been at Accent Vision Care since December 2013. She makes sure our practice is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our patients and team members. Brittany is the glue of our practice; she holds our leadership team accountable by creating clarity, communication, and consistency. Her favorite part of being a part of the team is watching the team grow and helping them succeed while becoming the best version of themselves. She graduated from ECP University’s Management Development Program in the fall of 2016. When Brittany is not at work, she is spending her free time with her family at their camp in Grand Isle.

Shaelyn

Clinic Lead

Shaelyn has been with Accent Vision Care since June of 2014. She is a Certified Paraoptometric Technician and a part of our leadership team. Shaelyn leads, manages, and holds her clinical team accountable. She says that the best part of her job is being able to interact with patients and being able to help them to the best of her ability. Shaelyn graduated with a General Business Degree. When not at work, she is spending all of her free time with her husband and two kids.

Helena

Front Desk Coordinator

Helena has been with our practice since November 2014. She makes sure all our patients are greeted with a welcoming smile while checking in and a friendly goodbye when checking out. What Helena loves most about her job is the ability to interact with patients and get to know them better. To her, it’s all about making our patients happy.  When not in the office, Helena enjoys spending time with her family, watching her girls play sports, and hanging out with her coworkers.

Bre

Optical Lab Technician

Bre has been a part of our practice since August of 2016. She has been in our clinical team and optical team over the years. She has found where she best fits, in our lab. She will thoroughly examine your glasses to make sure everything is made correctly. One of her favorite parts of her job is seeing the excitement when a patient picks up their glasses. When Bre is not in the office she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and being with friends and family.

Shelbi

Insurance Coordinator

Shelbi has been with the office since May 2019. Not only does she handle our incoming phone calls, Shelbi is also responsible for making sure all of our patients’ insurance information is prepared for their exam. When she is not assisting patients on the phone, Shelbi helps at the front desk. Her favorite part about her job is how Dr. Lamendola takes the time to tell her good morning each and every day. On her off time, Shelbi loves to sleep in and hang out with her family and friends.

Ami

Technician/Optometric Assistant

Ami is our medical supply technician. She has been with the practice since February 2020. When she is not busy assisting the doctor with patient exams, she is making sure our inventory on medical supplies does not deplete, and ensures all medical equipment is up to par. Ami’s favorite part about her job is how amazing our doctors are and being able to work alongside them and her coworkers. When she has free time outside of work, Ami enjoys watching her daughter participate in dancing, gymnastics, softball and volleyball.

Rylie

Optometric Technician

Rylie has been a valued member of our team since September 2024, serving as an Optometric Technician with a strong commitment to exceptional patient care. She is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout their visit. Her warm approach and attention to detail help create a positive experience for everyone she works with. Outside of the office, Rylie enjoys spending quality time with her family and diving into as many books as she can.

Kaleigh

Optical Lead

Kaleigh has been a part of our optical team since June of 2021. She is a part of our leadership team. Kaleigh loves bringing in new frame inventory of different shapes and styles to give our patients an amazing new look. She works to keep our optical team fun, strong, and educated. A reader at heart, she enjoys time outdoors and making memories with her family whenever she can.

Jaiden

Optician

Jaiden is a dedicated optician who is passionate about helping others see clearly and feel confident in their vision. She loves building connections with patients and making their experience both comfortable and enjoyable. In her free time, Jaiden enjoys traveling, spending time with her dogs Saide and Rocco, and relaxing with a great TV series with her fiancé, Dillon.

Jessica

Optician

Jessica is an optician who loves helping people see and feel their best. When she’s not at work, she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with loved ones, and relaxing with a great TV show.

Kelly

Kelly has been a part of our clinical team at Accent Vision Care since October 2023. She is dedicated to providing compassionate care and ensuring patients feel comfortable and well informed. What Kelly enjoys most about her job is assisting the doctors with their exams and making sure they have what they need to meet every patient’s needs. In her free time, Kelly likes to travel with her husband and spend time with her dog, Denver.
